1. This portal was created and is maintained at the request of the ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS OF THE PROVINCE OF ALICANTE (hereinafter, PROVIA). This association owns the website and the domain names that link to it.
2. PROVIA is a private, non-profit association comprising the majority of developers operating in the province of Alicante. Its constitution and operation are governed by Organic Law 19/1977, of April 1, and by Royal Decree (Regional Royal Decree). 873/1977, of April 22. PROVIA was registered on November 4, 1981, in the Registry of the Provincial Directorate of Labor of Alicante.
